Now a Rêverie tradition, Erin McDowell invites you to join her in the Gers region of southwestern France at the soul-soothing Château de Labusquière. We’ll taste our way through natural wines, local cheeses, and spend lots of time with the holy trinity of pastry - butter, flour, and sugar! Erin will spend the week not only teaching you about pastry mastery, but getting to know you as she joins you at the table for each dinner and cooks up treats in the kitchen. We might even get to witness one of her karaoke performances!

We’ll take a day trip to the rosy city of Toulouse, where we’ll end the week with a meal at one of our favorite restaurants. Join us for the week of your sweetest dreams!

Reverie is excited to welcome Rose Wilde for her first ever Reverie retreat at the Château de Labusquière outside of Toulouse!

Rose is eager to share her insights on whole grain baking with you! Join her for a week in southwest France, where you'll engage in immersive workshops that delve into the essence of baking. The pastry queens of southern baking will host their first Reverie retreat in the Loire Valley! Cheryl Day and Nicole Rucker have plans to show you a good time in the Château de Jalesnes - playing with apples the French way (Apple Cake! Tarte Tatin!) , making layered pastry crusts (let’s make a vol-au-vent!) , and they’ll show you how to make a show-stopping brunch in the Frenchiest way. These two are a riot together, and their skills and knowledge flow generously. It is such a treat to have them with us next year!!

Join Ella Quittner in the French Riviera for a week of deep diving into classic Mediterranean French cuisine to find the very best recipes and techniques. The Château Saint Georges will be home for the week, overlooking the Valley of Grasse with views all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.
